Black Garbage Carts

The black garbage carts are coming to my neighbor hood this week. I wonder if I can fit my old garbage cans in it?? Or do they go in the recycle bin? What a great idea, to render hundreds of thousands of garbage cans, how can I put this, garbage! Not only that but a truck that usually held three or more people to collect our garbage/drive the truck can now be manned by one person(Video game skillz necessary). I guess the other two people just have to find another job doing something else when they are laid off.... Same thing is happening with self checkouts, a few cashiers are replaced by one, controlling multiple tills. Jobs are getting more scarce, but prices keep going up.
